Luxury Villa Miriam

Villa Miriam boasts extensive terraces, a large swimming pool (9m x 4m) and jet pool, poolside shower & WC, built in BBQ and covered alfresco dining area and comfy sofas under the shade of a wooden pergola – this is an outdoor room with a ‘view’!

Its modern contemporary design compliments the simply white washed walls and air-conditioned open planned interior. Furnishings are contemporary in style with local hand crafted furniture incorporated into the villa throughout.

The lounge, overlooking the pool has comfortable seating with a separate TV area with a sofa bed, coffee table and its own adjacent bathroom with shower, sleeping an extra 2 guests.

Villa Miriam has a fully fitted kitchen, with a dish washer and most importantly a wine fridge to cater for all your dining requirements and modern day living.

There is a further guest bathroom downstairs and separate laundry facilities are available.

Upstairs the rooms sleep 6 comfortably, there are 2 large King-size bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a further Twin room with an adjacent bathroom.

All rooms at Villa Miriam have air-conditioning and a view over the pool and terraces.

With an open plan lounge area which opens onto the pool and terraces, you have Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and comfortable seating with a separate TV area with sofa bed, coffee table and its own adjacent bathroom with shower.

The swimming pool (9m x 4m) and Jet pool are for the sole use of our guests. The pool & Jet pool can be heated or the chill taken off the pool during the cooler months. Please see the note below on pool heating.

Relax on one of our comfortable sun loungers or take shade from the midday sun under an umbrella or the large pergola.

For your convenience there is a poolside shower and WC facilities.

Dining alfresco couldn’t be made more simple with a built in BBQ and a large dining table for you all to dine at.

Pool heating is INCLUDED in the villa price in all months except July and August. (If you require pool heating in July or August it is provided at £15 per day).

The pool and Jet pool are one unit (NB: it is not a Jacuzzi) and will be at the SAME temperature to each other. The heating system are new and high tech, but the temperature reached is weather dependent and you would need to take into account weather conditions especially the temperature drop in the night time. We do not ‘guarantee’ the pools reach a temperature warm enough for swimming.

Please be aware it takes 24hrs plus to make a difference in the water temperature.

NB: The pool will not be filled from end November till end April, as it is impossible to heat in the winter months.

From 2 p.m.

Until 10 a.m.

30% of total amount is required as a deposit when booking, which is nonrefundable. Full payment is then due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

A £200 returnable breakage and key security deposit is due on arrival. This will be refunded on day of departure, once the key is returned and property inspected.

If no written notice of cancellation is received and you do not travel, cancellation is deemed to have been received on the due date of arrival, unless otherwise notified.

Weeks before departure cancellation charge:

• More than 8 weeks deposit only.
• Less than 8 weeks 100% of the outstanding balance will apply.
• However, in circumstances that Boz Holidays is able to re sell the days booked we will refund the amount paid, minus the deposit plus a £50 administration fee (If guests arrive or depart early, no refund is offered for nights not spent).

During the week a complimentary mini clean is offered, cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen. Final cleaning is also included.

Should you wish an extended clean please book this with the property manager – laundry can also be included.

Please note that whilst staying with us car rental is essential due to our location.
We do have a recommended car rental partner Ras Renta Car, please contact them for information on car availability and rates- www.rasrentacar.com. The service they offer is second to none. They meet and greet you at the airport and transfer you directly to your accommodation, where the car will be waiting for you. Transfers at the end of your stay are also included in the quoted price. Importantly on arrival you have no hidden extras.

Our staff, if available, will offer a personal taxi service at a lower cost than the regular taxi companies.
An example of pricing is € 25-30 to Trebinje and Dubrovnik Old Town, Cavtat and Zaton.

If they are not available a regular taxi can be ordered for you.

Baby Equipment and Services Available:
We can supply large travel cots – in perfect condition.
Highchairs, a baby changing mat, waterproof mattress, toilet training potty, baby food blender.
Please enquire when making the booking to check availability.

Babysitting is offered at €10 per hour. The staff are trustworthy, they have their own children and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend any of them for babysitting services.
