The sublime Open Plan design has been considerately arranged for all rooms to open onto the pool terrace, with stunning views over the valleys to the Adriatic Sea.

Relaxation is easy here with your own private Spa. If it’s not hot enough outside take the heat in the sauna or simply let your muscles relax in the state of the art Jacuzzi, opening the patio doors gives you a sense of the outdoors!
More relaxation needed? Then sunbathe on the stunning ‘surf’ sun loungers dotted in and around the pool finishing with a cooling dip in this incredible large pool – what a way to spend the day!
The terrace also has a quiet outdoor seating area, nestled between olive trees, ideal for morning coffee or cocktails before dinner.

The exquisite lounge has sumptuous sofas for you to play game’s, watch the television, catch up on emails or simply enjoy some music!
A fully fitted kitchen is equipped with everything you need for you to cook a barbecue or to entertain family and friends, starting with drinks at the bar of course!

Sleeping 6, Villa ‘G’ offers 3 bedrooms all en suite with fitted wardrobes and all opening onto the terrace and pool area. Ideal for an early morning swim! Attention to details here is not missed with luxury fixtures and fittings and linens.

There is a separate laundry room complete with washing machine and a tumble dryer and other essentials. We will take care of housekeeping on a daily basis for you.

Parking is available for 2 cars.

Please note that Villa ‘G’ is part of an ongoing building development area, in the summer only light work is carried without disturbance to guests.

You will find it hard to tear yourself away from this very comfortable holiday retreat!!

Large lounge space with comfortable sofas, coffee table, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, patio doors opening onto the terrace and pool.

Adjoining the kitchen area there is a large dining table and chairs to seat 6, complimented with crockery for any type of entertaining.

The swimming pool is for the sole use of our guests.  The pool can be heated and the chill taken off during the cooler months. Please see the note below on pool heating.

Sun loungers, tables and umbrellas are provided for your relaxation.

There is a poolside shower and WC for your convenience.

The outdoor dining table & chairs provided to dine alfresco by the pool.

Pool heating is INCLUDED in the villa rental price.

NB: In the early months of the year and towards the latter part of the season, it is not always easy to heat the pool to a temperature suitable for swimming.

Until 10 a.m.

30% of total amount is required as a deposit when booking, which is nonrefundable. Full payment is then due 4 weeks prior to arrival.

1.5-2 hour daily cleaning service is provided.

Please note that whilst staying with us car rental is essential due to our location.
We do have a recommended car rental partner Ras Renta Car, please contact them for information on car availability and rates- www.rasrentacar.com. The service they offer is second to none. They meet and greet you at the airport and transfer you directly to your accommodation, where the car will be waiting for you. Transfers at the end of your stay are also included in the quoted price. Importantly on arrival you have no hidden extras.

Baby Equipment and Services Available:
We can supply large travel cots – in perfect condition.
Highchairs, a baby changing mat, toilet training potty, baby food blender.
Please enquire when making the booking to check availability.

Babysitting service can be provided. The staff are trustworthy, they have their own children and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend any of them for babysitting services.
