GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Villa Fig provides a quiet and comfortable ambience for those who seek some quality time with friends and family.
Beautiful views over the dramatic mountains of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the Adriatic sea are best enjoyed from the impressive infinity pool, with heating options for the cooler months.The individually heated Jacuzzi is great way to soak away all the days stresses or to extend the day after dinner with the family. The villa has extensive split-level terraces, cocktails can be enjoyed on the comfortable sofas of the outdoor lounge area, before enjoying a barbecue with everything you need to dine alfresco.
There is also a pool side shower and WC.
The light and airy interior is beautifully decorated in a contemporary style to a high standard, air-conditioned throughout and with satellite TV and internet access. The open plan design, with a fully fitted kitchen adjoining the dining area allows for modern day living and entertaining.There is a completely separate laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities.
Villa Fig sleeps up to 8 with 2 master bedrooms en suite and 2 twin rooms with adjacent bathrooms.
Ideally located just 4 km away from the nearest beaches and restaurants, 6 km from Dubrovnik Old Town and 14 km from Dubrovnik Airport.

Bedroom 3 with King-size bed, sea view, air-conditioning, built in wardrobes and en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 4 with Twin beds, sea view, air-conditioning, built in wardrobes and adjacent bathroom.
Additional guest bed, sofa bed and baby cot available.

Twin bedrooms have adjacent bathrooms with sink, walk-in shower and WC.
Shower and WC facilities also provided poolside.

Fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar facility.
There is a completely separate laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities.
LOUNGE
Large open plan lounge with sofas, coffee table, Wi-Fi and satellite TV.
INDOOR DINING
Adjacent to the kitchen area is a large dining table and chairs, with plenty of crockery to compliment any kind of entertaining.
TERRACE & SWIMMING POOL
The infinity swimming pool (9m x 4m) and Jacuzzi are for sole use of our guests. The pool can be heated or the chill taken off the pool during the cooler months. Please see the note below on pool heating.
Sun loungers, tables and umbrella are provided for your relaxation.
There is a pool side WC and separate shower.
The outdoor dining table and BBQ allows you to dine alfresco by the pool.
POOL HEATING
Pool heating is INCLUDED in the villa price in all months except July and August. We have modern strong heating pumps but due to our elevated position and the drop in night time temperatures we find it difficult to heat the pool to a temperature suitable for swimming, especially in the early months of the year and towards the latter part of the season.
It is not a guarantee!
(If you require pool heating in July or August it is provided at £15 per day, please note it takes 48 hours to make a difference to the water temperature).
Jacuzzi is heated all year round to the temperature required for your comfort.
NB: The pool is not filled from the end of November until beginning of of April.

PRICES
PREPAYMENT
30% of total amount is required as a deposit when booking, which is nonrefundable. Full payment is then due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
A £200 returnable breakage and key security deposit is due on arrival. This will be refunded on day of departure, once the key is returned and property inspected.
NB: Rates are subject to an additional 3% credit card and International transfer fees.

CLEANING
During the week a complimentary mini clean is offered, cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen. Final cleaning is also included.
Should you wish an extended clean please book this with the property manager – laundry can also be included.
CAR RENTAL SERVICE
Please note that whilst staying with us car rental is essential due to our location.
We do have a recommended car rental partner Ras Renta Car, please contact them for information on car availability and rates- www.rasrentacar.com. The service they offer is second to none. They meet and greet you at the airport and transfer you directly to your accommodation, where the car will be waiting for you. Transfers at the end of your stay are also included in the quoted price. Importantly on arrival you have no hidden extras.

We can supply large travel cots – in perfect condition.
Highchairs, a baby changing mat, toilet training potty, baby food blender.
Please enquire when making the booking to check availability.
Babysitting is offered at €10 per hour. The staff are trustworthy, they have their own children and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend any of them for babysitting services.

A wonderful villa with a stunning view and very near beaches, mountains and close to Dubrovnik, making it easy to explore Bosnia and Croatia. The border crossings were generally quick. Excellent communication and response from Sara and Slavda made us feel very well looked after. Thank you.

The villa was beautiful and and the view from the villa was amazing – you can see the Dubrovnik Old Town from there. The hot tub was just what we need after a long day of sight-seeing. The location is superb. It was right next to the border crossing. The traffic at the border crossing is a bit hit-and-miss. There was once when we were stuck there for an hour but at other times, it was only a few minutes. We really enjoyed our stay at the villa.
I would like to thank Sladja (the property manager) who was very friendly and helpful and very responsive to all our questions even though the messages were sent after 11pm! Thank you!
We will totally recommend the villa to anyone who wants to visit Dubrovnik/Bosnia/Montenegro.

The villa has great views, pool is very nice, and everything worked for us as planned. You need a car, and this was well known in advance. The only minor negative is, if you wish to go back & forth to Croatia.. The customs queue can be longish with bad luck. We crossed the border 5x, and once it was 45min..other times 5min. But you can see the queue status from the villa.

What can I say—our stay at Villa Fig was simply amazing! It was our first time away as an extended family of seven (grown-up children and their partners), and the villa provided the perfect balance of togetherness and personal space.
The views from the villa are absolutely breathtaking, and we spent countless hours enjoying the pool and relaxing in the hot tub. The villa is incredibly well-equipped, making dining in a breeze. Plus, with a Lidl just a short drive away, stocking up on essentials was super convenient.
We highly recommend Restaurant Derijen, also just a short drive from the villa—great service and excellent value for money.
Villa Fig is a fantastic base for exploring Croatia, Bosnia, and Montenegro. Following Sara’s advice, we took the water taxi from Srebreno to Dubrovnik (€15 return per person), which was a scenic and stress-free way to visit the city. If you’re planning a day in Dubrovnik, definitely get the Dubrovnik Pass—it’s great value for exploring the city walls and museums.
Another top tip from Sara was to book a 3 Island Tour from Srebreno. The smaller group size made for a much more enjoyable and personal experience compared to the larger tour we had originally considered.
A huge thank you to Sara for all her help and thoughtful recommendations—she truly made our trip unforgettable.

Villa Olive is simply incredible. The view is amazing and it is so peaceful. A truly tremendous holiday and everybody involved in the holiday is so helpful. We loved our stay at Villa Fig. Sara and her team; Lily and Sladja were super helpful, friendly & responsive. Arriving & check-in instructions were clear. In fact, Lily was at the Villa to greet us. The view from the Villa was breathtaking. I still can’t get over it. I loved waking up & seeing it every morning. The Villa was spotlessly clean & well provided. Exactly as described. The rooms and beds were very comfortable. It felt like a home. We loved the private pool & hot tub. The children were swimming at all times, it was lovely. You may read on other reviews about the border crossing. Yes, it takes a bit of time to get through, but some days it would be 5 minutes & other days half an hour. Not a big deal. We went there to visit Croatia, specifically Dubrovnik. Whilst it didn’t let down, the highlight for us was Bosnia. The people are warm & there are lots to see. Head to Mostar & kravica waterfalls. Also, Montenegro was great. I highly recommend this Sara’s place.

Villa is exactly as described. High spec spacious house perfect for 2 families. Bright, airy, clean design. Didn’t feel like it was Airbnb! Felt like a villa we’d borrowed from a friend if that makes sense?! AC everywhere and no room better or worse than another. Outside space was valued and got the sun at all times of day. Shared pool inflatables appreciated. It felt like it was perfect for our needs. Large fridge freezer and ice on tap. As everyone says border queues were a gamble. Sometimes a pain sometimes quick. Massive fan of Trebinje and its swimming /lake area just past the bridge. Great for kids learning to swim and relaxing compared to the packed beaches of Croatia. Restaurants there good quality and good value! I’m a Croatian convert and would recommend this area of Bosnia to anyone!

I would just like to say thank you for everything you done and told us to make our family holiday special. We all loved the villa (only downside was the pool temperature-it only ever got to 23 starting at 18 which was freezing ????, but these things happen and I know you were doing everything to sort it out). Your staff was brilliant-Tamara helped booking the restaurant for us plus Lilly was amazing (she helped with everything I asked of her plus I did forget that she was the car hire lady and not a Bozholidays employee, lol). We have told a few friends how beautiful the villa is and Bosnia is, so hopefully you will get some enquiries for the future.. We will definitely be back!

Well. What can we say. We had an unbelievable stay at Sara’s place. Yes it is JUST over the border in Bosnia but we spent no more than ten mins waiting in traffic to get through both borders. 20 min drive from the beautiful city of Dubrovnik. Facilities were fantastic. A/C worked a treat during the heat wave, the pool was well used and everyone had a ball. Many thanks to her friend/partner Lily who sorted car hire and transfer from the airport. Thank you for the welcome platter of milk, bread etc. a truly marvellous stay!

Beautiful villa with everything you need and more. Beautiful views. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Border crossing was pretty straight forward when heading back and forth from Croatia. Enjoyed some lovely food from Resturant Drijen in Bosnia. Visited Trebinje, Vjeternica cave, Dubrovnik, Cavtat and many other lovely places.

Was slightly nervous booking as this was a new location and country for us – needn’t have worried at all – the location is just over the border and about 25 minutes from the airport. All transfers were organised for us along with car hire and all went to plan without any problems. The villa itself is beautiful and the property manager went above and beyond to make sure that we were all happy, even organising a table tennis table to be delivered so the kids had extra things to do! The scenery around the villa is spectacular and the amenities are all within a short drive, we all quickly fell in love with the place! local airport is non crowded and the local restaurants and beaches are not full of screaming children being told off by inebriated parents! It really is a hidden gem where the pace is just right for a family holiday. Will definitely be returning and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a high quality getaway without the usual rip off prices

We spent 10 days in Vila Fig. The villa is exactly as described. Everything is super clean and the view is breathtaking and even more beautiful than in the pictures. The communication went great, all questions were always answered immediately. To get to Dubrovnik you have to cross the border, but the waiting times are relatively short. We would come back immediately.

Polozaj vile je fenomenalan,pogled na more od neprocenjive vrednosti… sobe prostrane, kuhinja totalno opremljena, veliccina i dubina bazena bas kako treba…. Ja sam odusevljena… Osoblje koje odrzava je usluzno… Ne moze se opisati, treba doziveti…

Sam ulazak u vilu ostavio nas je bez teksta. Prelepa i prostrana dnevna soba, sa kvalitetnom kuhinjom, uredjajima i kompletnim posudjem da smo se osecali kao kod kuce svih 7 dana. Izlazak u dvoriste, prostran bazen, kvalitetne garniture za sedenje, lezaljke i sam pogled na Jadransko more je nesto sto svako mora da dozivi. Pored bazena na raspolaganju je bio jakuzi u kom smo provodili vreme i u vecernjim satima. Spavace sobe su prostrane sa velikim balkonskim vratima, svakoj sobi pripada po jedno kupatilo. U jednoj sobi nije radila klima, ali odmah po prijavi menadzeru klima je popravljena u najkracem roku. Svima bi preporucio da probaju teletinu ispod saca u restoranu “Izvor” koji je udaljen 2 minuta voznje od vile.
