GENERAL DESCRIPTION

This beautifully appointed detached property with its own pool, is situated on the Ivanica hills high above Dubrovnik. The large picture box window has stunning views of the ever changing blue waters of the Adriatic – enjoy dining alfresco or in the open plan interior, with air-conditioning, internet access & its hi spec, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer with ice maker and delonghi coffee machine.
This get away from it all property is in a sublime position, just 20 minutes drive from the Dubrovnik Airport and the city walls of the “Unesco World Heritage Site”. Alternatively head to Trebinje where you can wander the old town and market and enjoy the local cuisine at very reasonable prices!
Well suited to couple or families, with 3 double rooms and a large sofa bed all with private bathrooms.

Please note Villa Arc is a part of an ongoing building development, no work is carried out on our development in the summer months but there may be light work carried out on properties in the area.

Downstairs cloakroom with sink and WC, plus an additional bathroom with sink, shower and WC.
Shower and WC facilities also provided poolside.

KITCHEN

Open plan, modern fully fitted and equipped with hob, cooker, fridge/freezer with ice making facilities, dishwasher and washing machine.

LOUNGE

A large lounge with comfortable sofas and patio doors opening onto the terraces. The lounge also boasts a separate sofa bed that is secluded away with its own shower and WC facilities.

TERRACE & SWIMMING POOL

The swimming pool (8m x 4m) is for sole use of our guests. The pool can be heated or the chill taken off the pool during the cooler months. Please see the note  below on pool heating.

Sun loungers, pool towels, tables and umbrellas are provided for your relaxation along with a comfortable outdoor lounge area.

There is a BBQ and poolside shower and WC facilities.

POOL HEATING

Pool heating is INCLUDED in the villa price in all months except July and August. We have modern strong heating pumps but due to our elevated position and the drop in nighttime temperatures we find it difficult to heat the pool to a temperature suitable for swimming, especially in the early months of the year and towards the latter part of the season. It is not a guarantee. (If you require pool heating in July or August it is provided at £15 per day)

Please be aware it takes 24hrs plus to make a difference in the water temperature.

NB: The pool will not be filled from end November till end April, as it is impossible to heat in the winter months.

PRICES

PREPAYMENT

30% of total amount is required as a deposit when booking, which is nonrefundable. Full payment is then due 4 weeks prior to arrival.

A £200 returnable breakage and key security deposit is due on arrival. This will be refunded on day of departure, once the key is returned and property inspected.

CLEANING

During the week a complimentary mini clean is offered, cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen. Final cleaning is also included.

Should you wish an extended clean please book this with the property manager – laundry can also be included.

CAR RENTAL SERVICE

Please note that whilst staying with us car rental is essential due to our location.
We do have a recommended car rental partner Ras Renta Car, please contact them for information on car availability and rates- www.rasrentacar.com. The service they offer is second to none. They meet and greet you at the airport and transfer you directly to your accommodation, where the car will be waiting for you. Transfers at the end of your stay are also included in the quoted price. Importantly on arrival you have no hidden extras.

BABY EQUIPMENT/SITTING

Baby Equipment and Services Available:
We can supply large travel cots – in perfect condition.
Highchairs, a baby changing mat, toilet training potty, baby food blender.
Please enquire when making the booking to check availability.

Babysitting is offered at €10 per hour. The staff are trustworthy, they have their own children and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend any of them for babysitting services.
