Luxury Villa Mika

We proudly introduce, pet friendly, Villa Mika, whose sublime modern interior enjoys views over the pool and terraces, the mountains and valley to the Adriatic Sea. You will find it hard to tear yourself away from this very comfortable holiday rental, located near Dubrovnik and beaches but just far enough away from the crowds.

From every angle this villa oozes indoor and outdoor stylish living! Upstairs there are 3 large, comfortable, air-conditioned bedrooms sleeping 6. The Master bedroom has a King-size bed, its own dressing room area and en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. A further 2 Master rooms with King-sized beds, share a family bathroom with a walk-in shower. When you wake in the morning, simply open the curtains and enjoy the natural breathtaking sea views from the comfort of your bed and then wander onto the balcony to breathe in the clean mountain air-what better way to start the day?

Take a break from the heat and relax in the cool, contemporary designed open plan lounge, with large comfortable sea-blue sofas, satellite TV, internet access, air-conditioning and patio doors opening onto the terraces with sea views. You can enjoy playing cards or a board game with your friends while your children are playing playstation 4.

The fully fitted kitchen, complete with a food preparation island and a couple of bar stools, makes a great place to have a snack or breakfast. It is well equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, all there to make cooking so much easier and allowing you more time to holiday. Adjoining the kitchen is a large modern dining table and chairs for you all to enjoy meals together in the cooler months.

There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine and an additional downstairs cloakroom with WC.

If you don’t fancy cooking indoors, then there is a brick barbecue and a dining table, so you can dine alfresco by the pool. To round up the evening, enjoy sitting around the fire pit watching the sun as it sets over the valley and the moon rising in between the mountains.

Sunbathe by your own private pool which can be heated in the cooler months. Sun loungers, pool towels, umbrellas and tables and an outdoor shower are also provided for your comfort with plenty of designed shade being found under the balconies.

The villa is surrounded by beautiful gardens and terraces all with picture postcard views, outdoor shower and has ample parking for 2 cars.

Please note Villa Mika is a part of an ongoing building development (no work is carried out on our development in the summer months but there may be light work carried out on properties in the area).

The fully fitted kitchen with a food preparation island/breakfast bar is complete with a couple of occasional bar stools. It is well equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker with grinder, smoothie and juice maker and enough tableware for a BBQ to a dinner party-the kitchen is designed to make cooking easy and therefore allowing you more time to holiday.

Contemporarily designed, with comfort in mind, the open plan lounge has large comfortable sea-blue sofas, satellite TV, internet access, air-conditioning and patio doors opening onto the terraces with sea views- bringing the outside in! For your convenience there is a guest cloakroom with WC adjacent to the lounge.

Adjoining the kitchen area there is a large dining table and chairs to seat 6, complemented with crockery for any type of entertaining.

The swimming pool (8m x 4m + 3m x 2.4m) is for the sole use of our guests. The pool can be heated to take a chill off during the cooler months. Please see the note below on pool heating.

Comfortable sun loungers, tables and umbrellas are provided for your relaxation, placed to make the most of the view.

There is a pool-side shower for your convenience.

A large dining table & chairs are provided along with a BBQ, making dine alfresco by the pool, with the most stunning view, making evenings ones you won’t forget.

You can also enjoy sitting around the fire pit watching the sun as it sets over the valley and the moon rising in between the mountains.

Pool heating is INCLUDED in the villa price in all months except July and August. (If you require pool heating in July or August it is provided at £15 per day).

The heating system is new and high tech, but the temperature reached is weather dependent and you would need to take into account the seasonal weather conditions and the temperature drop during the night. We do not ‘guarantee’ the pools will reach a temperature warm enough for swimming.

Please be aware it takes 24hrs plus to make a difference in the water temperature.

NB: The pool will not be filled from the end of November till the beginning of April, as it is impossible to heat in the winter months.

We WELCOME the extended ‘fury’ members of your family and so with prior arrangements, please bring them along with you. There will be a small additional fee to cover the extra cleaning and a few restrictions to mention.

Until 10 a.m.

30% of total amount is required as a deposit when booking, which is nonrefundable. Full payment is then due 4 weeks prior to arrival.

A £200 returnable breakage and key security deposit is due on arrival. This will be refunded on day of departure, once the key is returned and property inspected.

During the week a complimentary mini clean is offered, cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen. Final cleaning is also included.

Should you wish an extended clean please book this with the property manager – laundry can also be included.

Please note that whilst staying with us car rental is essential due to our location.
We do have a recommended car rental partner Ras Renta Car, please contact them for information on car availability and rates- www.rasrentacar.com. The service they offer is second to none. They organize a transfer service at the airport directly to your accommodation where the car will be waiting for you. Transfers at the end of your stay are also included in the quoted price. Importantly on arrival you have no hidden extras.

Baby Equipment and Services Available:
We can supply large travel cots (in perfect condition) & linen.
Highchairs, a baby changing mat, toilet training potty, baby food blender.
Please enquire when making the booking to check availability.

Babysitting service can also be provided. The staff are trustworthy, they have their own children and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend any of them for babysitting services.
