Villa Alice enjoys spectacular panoramic views across the valley, mountains and the Dubrovnik Riviera. The breathtaking scenery, together with the stunning infinity pool, makes this a truly special place to relax and unwind.

The villa is wonderfully versatile, consisting of two self-contained apartments. It is perfect for families or groups of friends travelling together, but we are also happy to rent either apartment individually.

Each apartment has its own private entrance, comfortable living area, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and both indoor and outdoor dining areas, giving guests plenty of space to relax.

A unique feature of Villa Alice is that, whether you rent one apartment or the entire villa, you will always have exclusive use of the infinity pool and all the terraces. We never rent the second apartment to another party at the same time, ensuring complete privacy throughout your stay.

Spend your days soaking up the sunshine on the poolside loungers, enjoying a refreshing swim with unforgettable views, or dining al fresco on one of the shaded terraces as you watch the sun set over the surrounding countryside.

For your comfort, the villa is fully air-conditioned and offers complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi throughout.

Adjoining the kitchen area there is a large dining table and chairs to seat 4, complimented with crockery for any type of entertaining.

Bedroom 4 with 2 Single beds, wardrobe, A/C, adjacent bathroom with walk in shower and WC.

Adjoining the kitchen area there is a large dining table and chairs to seat 4, complimented with crockery for any type of entertaining.

The swimming pool is for the sole use of our guests.  The pool can be heated and the chill taken off during the cooler months. Please see the note below on pool heating.

Sun loungers, outdoor furniture, tables, BBQ grill & utensils and sun umbrella are provided for your relaxation.

The outdoor dining table & chairs provided to dine alfresco by the pool.

Pool heating is INCLUDED in the villa rental price.

NB: In the early months of the year and towards the latter part of the season, it is not always easy to heat the pool to a temperature suitable for swimming.

Until 10 a.m.

30% of total amount is required as a deposit when booking, which is nonrefundable. Full payment is then due 4 weeks prior to arrival.

NB: Rates are subject to an additional 3% credit card and International transfer fees.

1.5-2 hour daily cleaning service is provided.

Please note that whilst staying with us car rental is essential due to our location.
We do have a recommended car rental partner Ras Renta Car, please contact them for information on car availability and rates- www.rasrentacar.com. The service they offer is second to none. They meet and greet you at the airport and transfer you directly to your accommodation, where the car will be waiting for you. Transfers at the end of your stay are also included in the quoted price. Importantly on arrival you have no hidden extras.

Baby Equipment and Services Available:
We can supply large travel cots – in perfect condition.
Highchairs, a baby changing mat, toilet training potty, baby food blender.
Please enquire when making the booking to check availability.

Babysitting service can be provided. The staff are trustworthy, they have their own children and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend any of them for babysitting services.
