Wine Bar ‘Hedonija’ sits on the bank of Trebišnjica River. Located in the heart of the city center, it is just a walking distance from the Platani Piazza and marketplace.
It is a quiet place, a hidden gem nestled in the remains of Trebinje Old Town Fortress – the most northern of the five fortresses that once defended the Old City. The house itself is more than four hundred years old. During its renovation, the outside of the house and the large patio preserved the original design, while the interior combined the elements of art-nouveau industrial and eclectic design, while preserving the authenticity of Herzegovinian old houses. The concept itself is based on ‘feeling at home’ and ‘hedonism’ philosophies.
Take in the views of the river and mountains and enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine as the sun goes down. Adding a little locally sourced cured meat or cheese is what Trebinje is all about!
