THE MOST INTERESTING BARS IN DUBROVNIK

Some tried & tested bars - nightclubs you will need to test for yourselves!

THE BAR BY AZUR

The Bar by Azur – open all year round, closes at 2 am. We love this bar as it is non-smoking!!

It’s nestled away amongst all the little streets and stumbling across it was a great find.

They have a great atmosphere with good music, sometimes live bands and as it is open all year round it is enjoyed by locals and tourists alike.

Try the chocolate rimmed raspberry daiquiri!

With over 100, D’Vino has the largest selection of wine available by the glass in Dubrovnik.
They serve a good selection of olives, bread and cheese.

CAVE BAR

We stumbled (literally) across this bar whilst walking along the coastal path. We stopped off along the way to have a drink and enjoy the scenery and sun set. We paid approx. 6£ for two bottled lagers.

The staff are very friendly and informative.
If you come here, sit on the outdoor terrace for the tranquility and views.

It isn’t a wild night out, perhaps more suitable for couples but definitely visit for the experience of seeing a cave bar!

BUŽA BAR

Buža Bar is reputed to be one of the most beautiful bars in Dubrovnik, due to its position on the cliffs right above the sea giving a pretty amazing panorama across the Adriatic.

It is also known as the “hole-in-the-wall” and it the ‘essence’ of Dubrovnik where, they say, visitors become locals.

Open only during the spring and summer months, you will find conveniently placed tables where you can linger over a cold drink while enjoying marvellous sunsets, the view of the historic island of Lokrum, and the stark hills of Southern Dalmatia.
