ACCOMMODATION

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Villa Branko is a modern, contemporary Adriatic styled villa, resting on top of a mountain and commanding the most spectacular views. Comfortably sleeps 6 and air-conditioned throughout. Car rental is essential.

The accommodation offered is stylish and modern with attention to detail, and divided between two floors with separate entrances.

The main living space of Villa Branko is on the second floor, modern with a contemporary nautical style. There is a large open plan lounge with comfortable sofas, WiFi, satellite TV, air-conditioning and a stunning log fire place for the evenings, in the cooler months.
The kitchen is fully fitted, with a coffee maker and a separate dining area.
Patio doors open onto a large terrace, with further dining options, the pool, garden and our incredible view. A great place to relax, sunbathe or watch the nightly sunsets.

Also on this level there is a Master bedroom, with a king-size bed, fitted wardrobes and patio doors that open onto a balcony, with table and chairs for you to enjoy your morning tea. The Twin bedroom, with its wonderful sea view, has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes and is adjacent a large family bathroom with shower.

The 3rd bedroom, with adjacent bathroom and shower, is a self-contained unit, on the first floor, offering that little bit of extra independency and privacy.
Relax in its own large modern lounge, with comfortable sofa beds, air conditioning and satellite TV. The patio doors open onto its own private terrace, ideal for alfresco dining, also leading to the pool and garden area.

The terraces and garden offer you several areas to relax and to take in the ‘postcard view’, read a book in the shade or worship the sun on the sun loungers by the elevated pool, there is also a handy pool side shower.

With accommodation divided between two floors, with separate entrances, Villa Branko is ideal for families or a group of friends that seek a holiday together, but with individual space!!

Kitchen on the first floor equipped with fridge / freezer and cooker.
Kitchen on the top floor equipped with fridge / freezer, cooker, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and water heater.

2 LOUNGES

Large open plan lounge on the first floor with sofas, dining table, air-conditioning and direct access to the pool and sun garden.
The living room on the top floor with two sofa beds, dining table, fireplace, TV and air-conditioning which opens into the lounge area with a dining table.

TERRACE & SWIMMING POOL

The swimming pool (7m x 4m) is for sole use of our guests. The pool can be heated or the chill taken off the pool during the cooler months. Please see the note  below on pool heating.

Sun loungers are provided for your relaxation.

There is a separate pool side shower.

The outdoor dining table allows you to dine alfresco by the pool.

POOL HEATING

During the cooler months you may require the pool heating – this is offered  at an extra charge of £15 per day.

The heating system are new and high tech, but the temperature reached is weather dependEnt and you would need to take into account weather conditions especially the temperature drop in the night time.

We do not ‘guarantee’ the pools reach a temperature warm enough for swimming.
If due to inclement weather you are unable to use the pool heating we will switch the heating off and refund you the balance.

Please be aware it takes 24hrs plus to make a difference in the water temperature.

NB: The pool will not be filled from end November till end April, as it is impossible to heat in the winter months.

PRICES

PREPAYMENT

30% of total amount is required as a deposit when booking, which is nonrefundable. Full payment is then due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

A £200 returnable breakage and key security deposit is due on arrival. This will be refunded on day of departure, once the key is returned and property inspected.

CANCELLATION & WEEKS BEFORE DEPARTURE CHARGE

If no written notice of cancellation is received and you do not travel, cancellation is deemed to have been received on the due date of arrival, unless otherwise notified.

Weeks before departure cancellation charge:

• More than 8 weeks deposit only.
• Less than 8 weeks 100% of the outstanding balance will apply.
• However, in circumstances that Boz Holidays is able to re sell the days booked we will refund the amount paid, minus the deposit plus a £50 administration fee (If guests arrive or depart early, no refund is offered for nights not spent).

CLEANING

During the week a complimentary mini clean is offered, cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen. Final cleaning is also included.

Should you wish an extended clean please book this with the property managerr – laundry can also be included.

TAXI SERVICE

Our staff, if available, will offer a personal taxi service at a lower cost than the regular taxi companies.
An example of pricing is € 25-30 to Trebinje and Dubrovnik Old Town, Cavtat and Zaton.

If they are not available a regular taxi can be ordered for you.

BABY SITTING

This is offered at € 7 per hour. The staff are trustworthy and a few have their own children and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend any of them.

2 infant plus car seats (a small charge may apply).
A high chair.
2 travel cots – in perfect condition.
